WHAT I STAND FOR: BELIEFS THAT SHAPE MY WORK AND MY LIFE

Hey there,

Which beliefs guide you, no matter what?

I BELIEVE…

… that your vibe attracts your tribe

… that we teach others how to treat us

… that we are all responsible for our actions and for how we show up

… how we act, react, and respond is a choice

… “no” is a fully-formed sentence and a perfectly acceptable answer

… it is our responsibility to work on ourselves, heal, grow, change, and break patterns

… in doing so, “moving as fast as our slowest part feels safe to”, as my brain-spotting pro taught me

… that working like a captain and playing like a pirate is a great way to live

… in the lessons taught at the School of Hard Knocks

… in being brutally honest and saying it as it is

… to lie is weak and cowardly

… our own shitstorm is never a free ticket to being a shitty person

… a motorcycle alone doesn’t make you a biker

… in actions, not words — I listen carefully and then, I observe quietly

… that an apology must be followed by a real change or it’s meaningless

… in eating burgers and pizza with your hands

… in my gut instinct and intuition

… in riding solo without a destination

… nature and animals have loads to teach us — we should listen

… in fire dragons, howling wolves, epic warriors, and beating drums

… in the wisdom of ancient tribes and of our ancestors

… in keeping my circle tight and being fiercely loyal

… great acts of kindness can happen without being filmed and posted on social media

… my eyes speak louder than my words

… riding and dancing will always make me feel great

… old dogs can learn new tricks — it’s called neuroplasticity!

… we make time for who and what we care about⠀⠀

… life can be simple

… in spontaneous road trips filled with adventure, belly laughter, and great music

… there are no coincidences

… being direct, to the point, and using few words

… taking trips to visit distilleries, breweries, farms, and historical restaurants where they still produce authentic bites and drinks the traditional way

… a healthy dose of good old crazy will take me places and make it fun

… I ran out of time for BS and excuses

… replying to messages — always — it’s called respect

… that dreams have no expiry date

Do you know what’s on your list?

A quick way to uncover your core beliefs is to notice what makes you angry when it’s violated, proud when it’s honoured, and steady when things get rough. Those are your anchors.

Be alive.
Be real.
Be free.
…and off I go!
Ciao,
Sara
